For anyone that truly knows me cooking is not my strong point.
I don't like cooking but I don't mind baking.
Tonight there were a couple of bananas in the fruit bowl that would be facing the bin in a few days if I didn't rescue them so they are now in a cake that is currently cooling.
I wonder how long it's going to last?
